Adam Sommer is an astrologer. One who is dedicated to augmenting your experience of astrology through playful words, inspiring podcasts, and hopefully, life changing readings as well. He has been practicing professionally for nearly a decade, working with clients and students all over this beautiful world. Trained and certified by Maurice Fernandez, he has used this sturdy foundation to explore many other branches of the astrology tree—like Jyotish, Evolutionary, Archetypal, and Traditional forms—but likes to find himself sitting beneath the tree, not solely hanging from the branches. By borrowing from many traditions and applying the techniques in his own life and the countless clients he has worked with, he has stumbled into what he calls, “Kosmognosis:” A direct and alive relationship with the cosmos—up there and in here—which infinitely informs the participant with the most unique strain of wisdom.
“My purpose is to create. In that process I find stillness and rhythm, my teacher and passion. With intention, I aim to share honesty and awakening; to celebrate this fantastic adventure; to inspire and be inspired. Each canvas takes me on a journey, and as my paintbrush follows, each time I am lead back to my center. May my paintings be a mirror, a reflection of your universal light, your human essence, and your timeless divinity.”
Autumn Skye has been painting since she could hold a brush, developing a deep wonder for nature and the world around her.
Amidst journeys to explore the world and share inspiration with the ever blossoming community, Autumn Skye otherwise lives and paints in her home north of Powell River on the Sunshine Coast of British Columbia, Canada. In her studio, she overlooks a sweeping expanse of ocean, islands, mountains, and sky. She considers herself among the blessed of the blessed.
Asiana (Kirstin Harper) has always felt a strong connection to the natural elements and how they interact in body, on earth. Growing up in the mountains of Colorado, with wilderness as her backyard, Asiana had constant access to exploring her environment. She recalls climbing trees, sitting in caves, adventuring with the animals and in the forest. All of this engaged her curiosity, and encouraged quietude, as well as agility of her mind and body. It simply made sense that these experiences would bring Asiana into the practices of Yoga and Ayurveda, practices which facilitate a ‘deepening’ into the present moment. After studying at the Ayurvedic Institute, as well as the School of Natural Therapeutics, both in Albuquerque, NM, Asiana received certifications as a Ayurvedic Lifestyles Specialist, Licensed Massage Therapist and Yoga Instructor. Additional training in India and Thailand encompassed Thai Massage and further studies into the technology of Meditation. Asiana is also licensed in Neurosculpting®, a ‘whole-brain’ approach to re-writing old stories … ones which block us from activating our highest potential.

Embarking on a class with Ellen Kaye often begins with a story, infuses the body with dance and ends in song. With an extensive background in movement, music, and theater, Ellen invites her students to courageously practice something bigger than the pose. She believes each moment we navigate on the mat is a reflection of our daily lives. Through precise alignment, an open heart and a sense of play Ellen encourage her students to fulfill their greatest potential. She approaches yoga the same way she approaches theater: learn the form, create the space, and the heart will flourish from the inside out. Lastly, a promise: she will sing you into a sweet Savasana.

I’m so delighted to share with the life-long love of India. I’ve been traveling, studying and living in India for 25 years. And while I’m still discovering new things about this magnificent culture, I can give you a unique “insider’s” view of India that will help you get the most out of being in the holy land of yoga.
I was led to travel to India after a near-death experience when I was a teenager. At such a crucial turning point, I did what all seekers of truth do: I turned within to find it. And I wanted to go to the place where people go to turn within—the Himalayas.
Joseph Campbell calls this turn within, “The Hero’s Journey,” because it takes a lot of courage to look within for the answers to life’s greatest questions: Why am I born? What’s my purpose? What’s the meaning behind my struggles?
My own heroine’s journey led me to Nepal where I first learned yoga and Sanskrit at the home of a Brahmin family with whom I lived for six months. Daily Vedic chanting inspired my academic studies of the Vedic and Yoga traditions, as well as Sanskrit. While earning my doctorate in Religious Studies from the University of California, Santa Barbara, I spent five years on Fulbright and Ford Foundation grants learning Sanskrit, yoga, and meditation in India.
After completing my Ph.D., I began teaching Sanskrit and yoga philosophy in yoga teacher training programs around the world. And I established a life coaching practice as a Vedic Astrologer helping my clients align with their most authentic calling and change their lives for the better.
Then in 2010 and 2011, I led two pilgrimages to India. The first was to the “four sacred places” (Chardham) all seekers must visit before dying. And the second was to Dunagiri Retreat. I think of these two trips as a death and rebirth.
The Chardham marked a significant end in my life’s journey. But when my feet reached Dunagiri, I started on a new path. In fact, many people who come to Dunagiri describe their life as “pre-Dunagiri” and “post-Dunagiri.” And you will too.
Never in my 25 years of traveling through the length of India had I discovered such a tranquil and sacred place—with such a transformative power. And I can’t wait to share why Dunagiri is India’s “best-kept secret” and refuge for yogis, especially when you’re at a turning point in life.
Kiefer has studied in a wide range of yogic, meditation and body work schools. He loves them all but finds that no one is competing on their own. When we work together, there is nothing we can’t accomplish, and the same is true of our yoga practice. Using elements of each school, the alchemy of Kiefer’s classes creates a cohesive bond between the physical and mental realms. We create healthier patterns in the brain, and connective tissue of the body, then build them up through movement to help sustain the longevity of our practices. Through guided visualizations and precise, yet free, movements, we create the platform for change in which we write our own belief system. Neurosculpting® Yoga is a practice that offers new ways to visualize the pathways in our mind and help condition them into healthier patterns.

Patrick Harrington is living a life that inspires him. A former serial entrepreneur, Patrick once started businesses he thought would earn him enough money to live a life full of meaning and difference making. He was always searching for the means to an end. It wasn’t until yoga teacher training in 2001 that he found a way to combine his love of business with an end in itself.
14 years later, Patrick is the founder-owner of Kindness Yoga, a donation-based collection of studios that hosts scores of teachers and tens of thousands of yoga students annually.
Patrick is the father of two girls and a husband. His life has taken on more and more meaning through his committed explorations into his own patterns of – and addictions to – suffering. His classes reflect this intimate and vulnerable process, and allow his students and fellow teachers to relate on a level that transforms. It is through his own healing journey and movement towards living his dharma that leads his yoga teaching, parenting, relationships and business.
Patrick has taught before tens of thousands of students, lead teacher trainings and mentored teachers over many years as the owner of Kindness Yoga. “We – as yoga studios and teachers – are not in competition with each other,” he says. “Rather, we are in competition with all the unconscious activities out there.” Patrick believes that yoga will direct culture towards a more awakened strategy of life. He encourages us to wake up to what we want to contribute in this life and “quit messing around and get on with it!”
