Retreat Leaders

Ellen Kaye (E-RYT 200) teaches yoga that is equal parts strength, precision alignment, and vibrant storytelling. She calls upon personal experience in every class, and invites her students to receive real-life wisdom from the time they spend on the mat. Students love her challenging sequences, her heartfelt teachings, and the close community she creates… but most of all, they love the way she sings to them in Savasana.
Ellen has created and led countless teacher trainings in Colorado and Mexico. She has guided intimate seminars for experienced teachers and festival classes of thousands. Ellen continues to expand her capacity to lead through ongoing study with Christina Sell, and Landmark Education work. She is also a professional actress and serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Kindness Yoga in Denver, Colorado.

Jeremy’s interest in mind and body began with martial arts, and later meditation became his doorway into yoga.  He received his initial yoga certification in India in Classical Yoga and has completed his 500hr certification through Rod Stryker’s school of ParaYoga.  He is an E-RYT 500, YACEP, reiki master, meditation and yoga nidra instructor, with formal training in the Bihar, Himalayan, iRest and Amrit methods, and a music producer/label DJ for France’s Ultimae Records and Chile/USA’s Ovnimoon Records.  His weekly classes and trainings seek to embody the richness and holistic practice of yoga’s deeply spiritual origin.

The Food

Mia Rosingana started Sprouted Nutrition to offer nutritional guidance and delicious healthy meals to expectant and new mothers. She possesses a well-rounded nutrition background, including personalized counseling, diet analysis, meal planning, healthy catering and educational workshops.  Her passion for wholesome home-cooked food and healthy mamas and their families, has lead her to guide others to use food as a source of health and vitality.
